Epigenetic Modifications Related to Oxidative Stress in Ischemic Stroke

Epigenetic study of heritable modifications genome without changes in DNA sequence. Recent investigations have documented the importance these regulation expression genes involved cell cycle, proliferation and differentiation. Imbalance epigenetic leads development several pathologies. In this review, we describe relationship between oxidative stress, pointed out putative use as potential biomarkers or therapeutic targets ischemic stroke.
